Gmail and RSS feeds

I don't just love Google because I love $1 followed by 100 zeros but because it provides the best of things free of charge. When I read, on Haman's blog, how a feed reader ruined his laptop, I laughed out loud. Couple of months ago, I sent out an email, and notified all my contacts about Google's online feed reader. Google thinks we should not install any program to read our favorite feeds, and yes, Google is right. At least our laptops would not be ruined by other programs and access to the information would be a click a way, just the sign in botton from our browsers.

I love my feeds as much as I love my email. Now, thank you Google, I have all my feeds right in my email. Instead of untargetted banner ads, Google brings my favorite feed, what I really want, right on top of my inbox. (See the picture above). My feeds are now easily accessible, with just a login to my Gmail from any internet browser.

Happy New Year!
